Workshop Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets for the workshop event ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree, on behalf of yourself and any guests you bring to the Event, to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
A. Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and plans may need to be adjusted. Therefore, we have a refund policy to accommodate our attendees:
1. Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for ticket purchases if the request is made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the Event.
2. Partial Refunds: If you need to cancel your ticket up to 3 days before the Event, we will provide a partial refund of 50% of the ticket price.
3. Transferability: Tickets are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend the Event. Please notify us via email (craftybyroxy1@gmail.com) in advance with the name, phone number and email of the individual to whom you wish to transfer the ticket.
4. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that we need to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders using the original method of payment.
5. Refund Processing Time:Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of a refund request. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us via email (craftybyroxy1@gmail.com) with your ticket number and the request for a refund.
7. No-Show Policy:In the event of a no-show without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
B. Liability Waiver: By attending the Event, you agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You release Crafty by Roxy and the venue from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur during the Event. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, their affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Event.
C. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others and abide by any rules or guidelines set forth by the organizers and the venue. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.
D. Photography and Recording: By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes. The organizers reserve the right to use such media for marketing purposes with children’s faces blurred or covered with a smiley face emoji.
E. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
F. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Byram, New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
G. Changes to Terms & Conditions: The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Event website or notification to ticket holders.
